BV 4 se trouve dans la petite vallée du Targnon qu’il couvre de son feu et dans une sapinière. Il est entouré de sa clôture de poteaux en béton. L’embrasure est murée, l’entrée est ouverte. On y trouve le support Chardôme pour l'affût traîneau, les consoles pour les étagères, les crochets de service L3, les gonds des portes et l'encadrement de la porte P2, la tablette pour la trémie à cartouches, l'attache au plafond pour le crochet de la lampe Coleman et le crochet. Disparus : portillon de la goulotte lance-grenades, grille P1, porte à volets P2. Sale et encombré mais structurellement en bon état.

Přítomno: Chardôme držák pro sáňkovou lafetu, konzoly pro police, služební háky L3, panty dveří a rám dveří P2, podložka pro zásobník nábojů, stropní úchyt pro háček petrolejové lampy a háček. Chybí: dvířka granátového výmetu, mříž P1, žaluziové dveře P2.
