Le central téléphonique CTF 21 Saint-André, 162 m/alt, se situe au 5 Heusière à Saint-André, commune de Mortroux, entité de Dalhem suite au regroupement des communes. Il s'agit d'un central téléphonique classique, j'allais dire typique, avec toit plat, entrée protégée par une porte blindée et issue de secours en position haute au cas où la porte serait bloquée par des gravats avec des techniciens enfermés. La particularité consiste dans le fait que la porte blindée est toujours en place et en partie fonctionnelle et verrouillée par sa serrure d'origine. L'issue de secours est ouverte, ce qui ne facilite pourtant pas l'accès à l'intérieur car deux rangs de briques y ont été maçonnés. Lors de notre visite en 2019, le bâtiment était complètement envahi par une végétation abondante et persistante.

Es handelt sich um eine klassische, ich wollte schon sagen typische, Telefonzentrale mit Flachdach, einem durch eine Panzertür geschützten Eingang und einem Notausgang in hoher Position für den Fall, dass die Tür durch Schutt blockiert wäre und Techniker eingeschlossen wären. Die Besonderheit besteht darin, dass die Panzertür noch vorhanden und teilweise funktionsfähig und mit ihrem Originalschloss verriegelt ist. Der Notausgang ist geöffnet, was den Zugang zum Inneren jedoch nicht erleichtert, da dort zwei Lagen Ziegel eingemauert wurden. Bei unserem Besuch im Jahr 2019 war das Gebäude völlig von üppiger, immergrüner Vegetation überwuchert.

De bijzonderheid bestaat erin dat de pantserdeur nog aanwezig is en gedeeltelijk functioneel en vergrendeld met zijn originele slot. De nooduitgang is open, wat de toegang tot het interieur echter niet vergemakkelijkt omdat er twee rijen bakstenen zijn ingemetseld. Bij ons bezoek in 2019 was het gebouw volledig overwoekerd door een weelderige, wintergroene vegetatie.

The particularity lies in the fact that the armored door is still in place and partly functional and locked with its original lock. The emergency exit is open, which does not, however, facilitate access to the interior because two rows of bricks have been walled up there. During our visit in 2019, the building was completely overrun by abundant and persistent vegetation.

Telefonní ústředna CTF 21 Saint-André, 162 m/n. m., se nachází na adrese 5 Heusière v Saint-André, obec Mortroux, entita Dalhem po sloučení obcí. Jedná se o klasickou, chtěl jsem říct typickou, telefonní ústřednu s plochou střechou, vchodem chráněným pancéřovými dveřmi a nouzovým východem ve vysoké poloze pro případ, že by dveře byly zablokovány sutinami s techniky uvnitř. Zvláštnost spočívá v tom, že pancéřové dveře jsou stále na místě a částečně funkční a uzamčené svým původním zámkem. Nouzový východ je otevřený, což však neusnadňuje přístup do interiéru, protože tam byly zazděny dvě řady cihel. Při naší návštěvě v roce 2019 byla budova zcela zarostlá bujnou a stálezelenou vegetací.
