L'extérieur sert un peu de dépotoir aux voisins mais l'intérieur de l'abri pour une mitrailleuse dispose encore toujours du pivot et du support pour l'affût Chardome, des consoles pour les étagères, des crochets muraux et les bouches de ventilation ont encore leur clapet d'obturation. L'abri semble avoir échappé aux peintres du dimanche ce qui est une excellente chose. NV 3 se situe à deux cents mètres à l’ouest de la route Affnay–Warsage à l’extrémité d’un verger, à côté d’une exploitation agricole. Il est distant de 150 m de l'abri NV4 avec lequel il croise son tir. Il couvrait la route allant de Warsage à Mortroux. L’extérieur et l’intérieur sont en bon état, bien que beaucoup plus « sali » que les photos d’Andreas. L’intérieur est complet. L’embrasure est murée. L’entrée est accessible. Affût Chardome avec son axe sont là. Une goulotte lance-grenade défendant l’entrée. NV3 avait un mur de parement comme camouflage, les tiges d’acier sont là pour en attester. Il reste encore des poteaux de clôture ainsi que deux bornes DN (Défense Nationale).

Das Äußere dient den Nachbarn etwas als Müllkippe, aber das Innere des Unterstands für ein Maschinengewehr verfügt immer noch über den Drehzapfen und die Halterung für die Chardome-Lafette, Konsolen für die Regale, Wandhaken und die Lüftungsöffnungen haben noch ihre Verschlussklappe. Der Unterstand scheint den Sonntagsmalern entgangen zu sein, was eine ausgezeichnete Sache ist. NV 3 befindet sich zweihundert Meter westlich der Straße Affnay–Warsage am Ende eines Obstgartens, neben einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb. Es ist 150 m vom Unterstand NV4 entfernt, mit dem es sein Feuer kreuzt. Es deckte die Straße von Warsage nach Mortroux ab. Das Äußere und das Innere sind in gutem Zustand, obwohl viel « schmutziger » als auf Andreas' Fotos. Das Innere ist vollständig. Die Schiesscharte ist vermauert. Der Eingang ist zugänglich. Chardome-Lafette mit ihrer Achse sind vorhanden. Eine Granatwurfrinne verteidigt den Eingang. NV3 hatte eine Verblendmauer als Tarnung, die Stahlstangen sind da, um dies zu bezeugen. Es sind noch Zaunpfähle sowie zwei DN-Grenzsteine (Landesverteidigung) vorhanden.

De buitenkant dient de buren een beetje als stortplaats, maar het interieur van de schuilkelder voor een machinegeweer beschikt nog steeds over de draaipunt en de steun voor het Chardome-affuit, consoles voor de planken, muurhaken en de ventilatieopeningen hebben nog hun afsluitklep. De schuilkelder lijkt aan de zondagsschilders ontsnapt te zijn, wat een uitstekende zaak is. NV 3 bevindt zich tweehonderd meter ten westen van de weg Affnay–Warsage aan het einde van een boomgaard, naast een landbouwbedrijf. Het ligt op 150 m van de schuilkelder NV4, waarmee het zijn vuur kruist. Het dekte de weg van Warsage naar Mortroux. De buitenkant en de binnenkant zijn in goede staat, hoewel veel "vuiler" dan op de foto's van Andreas. Het interieur is compleet. Het schietgat is dichtgemetseld. De ingang is toegankelijk. Exteriér slouží sousedům trochu jako skládka, ale interiér bunkru pro kulomet stále disponuje čepem a podpěrou pro lafetu Chardome, konzolami pro police, stěnovými háky a ventilační otvory mají stále svou uzavírací klapku. Zdá se, že bunkr unikl nedělním malířům, což je výborná věc. NV 3 se nachází dvě stě metrů západně od silnice Affnay–Warsage na konci sadu, vedle zemědělské usedlosti. Je vzdálen 150 m od bunkru NV4, s nímž kříží svou palbu. Kryla silnici z Warsage do Mortroux. Exteriér a interiér jsou v dobrém stavu, ačkoli mnohem « špinavější » než na fotografiích Andrease. Interiér je kompletní. Střílna je zazděna. Vstup je přístupný. Lafeta Chardome s její osou jsou na místě. Odpalovací žlábek pro granáty brání vstup. NV3 měl obkladovou zeď jako maskování, ocelové tyče jsou zde, aby to dosvědčily. Stále zůstávají plotové sloupky a také dva DN hraničníky (Národní obrana).
