NV7 se situe dans un champ à 200 m de la route de Battice au nord-ouest de Bombaye. Il couvrait le flanc nord du village de Bombaye et pouvait croiser son tir avec l'abri MN6. L’embrasure est murée. NV 7 avait un mur de parement comme camouflage ; des tiges d’acier sont toujours présentes. L’extérieur est en bon état. L’accès est difficile. L’intérieur est en bon état et presque complet ; la tablette a disparu. Affût Chardôme. Une goulotte lance-grenades, dont le clapet de fermeture a disparu, défendait l’entrée. Des dégâts importants sont visibles au bas du mur de la porte P2 côté ouvrant ainsi que le radier.

Významné poškození je viditelné v dolní části zdi žaluziových dveří P2 na straně otevírání a na základové desce.
