Il était établi sur la pointe Fontettes, appelée à l'époque pointe de Manciaco (sous réserves car nom difficilement lisible). Ce poste pourrait avoir été double, c'est-à-dire posséder les infrastructures pour un feu chercheur et un feu de tir, le tout au profit de la batterie de Beaulieu. Nous ignorons s'il en subsiste des vestiges.
