Fortifications belges de la deuxième guerre mondiale, position fortifiée de Liège, première ligne de résistance, fort de Battice. Situé à 850 m du fort, au lieu-dit dont il porte le nom, le bloc de Waucaumont assurait la quadruple fonction de prise d'air, de défense, d'observation et de sortie en temps de guerre. Ici, comme à Jonckay, d'importants travaux étaient en cours pour créer un local de ventilateur permettant de mettre l'ensemble des galeries en surpression. Belgické opevnění z druhé světové války, Opevněná pozice Lutych, první obranná linie, pevnost Battice. Umístěný 850 m od pevnosti, v místě, které nese jeho jméno, plnil blok Waucaumont čtyřnásobnou funkci přívodu vzduchu, obrany, pozorování a výpadu v době války. Zde, stejně jako v Jonckay, probíhaly důležité práce na vytvoření místnosti pro ventilátor, umožňující udržovat všechny galerie v přetlaku.
