Fortifications belges de la deuxième guerre mondiale, position fortifiée de Liège, première ligne de résistance, abris de l'intervalle Margarins-Neufchâteau. MN 9 se trouve à l’est du chemin remontant de la Berwinne vers le Macra Gorhez (poste d'observation MN 11) en bordure de celui-ci. Sa mission était de couvrir un petit vallon (La Pétreuse) venant de Bétel. L’embrasure pour volet pivotant est murée. L’extérieur est en bon état. L’entrée dans l’ouvrage est facile. L’intérieur est en bon état et complet. Parties verticales du support pour affût Chardôme (le rail a disparu). Une goulotte lance-grenades, sans volet, défendait l’entrée. Il a toujours quelques piquets ainsi qu’une borne DN 1 (Défense Nationale). Particularité, la tablette de fixation de la trémie est sur le côté droit et non à l’arrière de l’ouvrage.

MN 9 befindet sich östlich des Weges, der von der Berwinne zum Macra Gorhez hinaufführt (Beobachtungsposten MN 11), an dessen Rand. Seine Aufgabe war es, ein kleines Tal (La Pétreuse) zu decken, das von Bétel kommt. Die Schießscharte für den Drehflügel ist vermauert. Der Außenzustand ist gut. Der Zugang zum Bauwerk ist einfach. Das Innere ist in gutem Zustand und vollständig. Vertikale Teile des Untergestells für eine Chardôme-Lafette (die Schiene ist verschwunden). Ein Granatwurfkanal ohne Klappe verteidigte den Eingang. Es hat immer noch einige Pfähle sowie einen DN-Stein 1 (Nationale Verteidigung). Besonderheit: Das Befestigungstablett für den Munitionstrichter befindet sich auf der rechten Seite und nicht hinten im Bauwerk.

MN 9 bevindt zich ten oosten van het pad dat van de Berwinne naar de Macra Gorhez opklimt (observatiepost MN 11), aan de rand ervan. Zijn missie was om een klein dal (La Pétreuse) te dekken dat van Bétel komt. Het schietgat voor een draaiklep is dichtgemetseld. De buitenstaat is goed. De toegang tot het werk is gemakkelijk. Het interieur is in goede staat en compleet. Verticale delen van het onderstel voor een Chardôme-affuit (de rail is verdwenen). Een granaatwerpgoot zonder klep verdedigde de ingang. Het heeft nog steeds enkele palen evenals een DN-paal 1 (Nationale Verdediging). Bijzonderheid: het bevestigingsplankje voor de kardoeschokker bevindt zich aan de rechterkant en niet achteraan in het werk.

MN 9 is located east of the path climbing from the Berwinne towards Macra Gorhez (observation post MN 11), on its edge. Its mission was to cover a small valley (La Pétreuse) coming from Bétel. The embrasure for a pivoting shutter is walled up. The exterior is in good condition. Access to the structure is easy. The interior is in good condition and complete. Vertical parts of the mount for a Chardôme carriage (the rail has disappeared). A grenade launching chute, without a flap, defended the entrance. It still has some posts as well as a DN 1 boundary stone (National Defence). Particularity: the fixing shelf for the cartridge hopper is on the right side and not at the rear of the structure.
Belgické opevnění z druhé světové války, opevněná pozice Lutych, první linie odporu, bunkry intervalu Margarins-Neufchâteau. MN 9 se nachází východně od cesty stoupající od řeky Berwinne k Macra Gorhez (pozorovatelna MN 11), při jeho okraji. Jeho úkolem bylo krýt malé údolí (La Pétreuse) přicházející od Bétel. Střílna s otočnou okenicí je zazděna. Exteriér je v dobrém stavu. Přístup k objektu je snadný. Interiér je v dobrém stavu a kompletní. Svislé části podstavce pro lafetu Chardôme (kolejnice zmizela). Žlab pro vrhač granátů bez klapky bránil vstupu. Stále má několik kolíků a také hraničník DN 1 (Národní obrana). Zvláštnost: upevňovací polička pro násypník na náboje je na pravé straně a nikoli na zadní části objektu.
